The Classifieds respects copyright and expects users to do the same. Only upload photos, text, or other content that you own or have permission to use.

You are responsible for the photos, text, profile content, posts, and other materials you upload or submit. Do not post content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

If you believe content on The Classifieds infringes your copyright, send a copyright complaint to hello@theclassifieds.social. Include enough information for us to identify the content and understand the claim.

A copyright complaint should include your name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification or URL/location of the content on The Classifieds, a statement that you believe the use is not authorized, a statement that the information you provide is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

The Classifieds may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly post content they do not have the right to use.

If The Classifieds supports formal counter-notices in the future, this page will be updated with instructions for submitting one. You should consider getting legal advice before submitting a counter-notice.
